Omelette – your way!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk or cream (optional)
  • Minced or finely chopped garlic
  • Onion
  • Diced cherry tomato
  • ½ cup spinach
  • Paprika (optional)

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk the milk and eggs until a consistent colour and texture
  2. Add the garlic, onion, tomato and spinach
  3. Mix until spinach is fully submerged
  4. Pour into pan with a splash of olive oil (or oil of choice)
  5. Cook until golden underneath (use spatula to check)
  6. Serve!
